This Privacy Policy describes the commitment at OberCloud.com (“OC”) to the privacy of visitors to the OberCloud website (www.OberCloud.com) and of its partners, end-users, and prospective end-users. OC provides cloud-based video solutions, including live viewing of video, recording, archiving and related products and services, to a variety of resellers, such as those in the security alarm, video, VOIP, cable, networking, and satellite businesses. These firms then provide the products and services to individuals, for their residence and/or business. OC is able to provide a variety and range of products and services to help Partners with their video security & surveillance needs.
Application
In order to use the OC cloud video services, you will need to become a customer of one of our authorized partners. If you choose to locate the closest authorized partner to you by completing our online form, you will be providing OC with a variety of information. Such information shall only be used for internal purposes. Certain information which you provided will be provided to the appropriate authorized partner. A representative from their company will contact you to discuss your needs and requirements. You understand that, after submitting the information, others may be able to identify you by your profile, and you agree to allow OC to use this information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
Communications from OberCloud
We use the information you provide to customize your experience on our sites and our services. We may communicate with you using email or other means available to us regarding the availability of services, service-related issues, or promotional messages that we believe may be of interest to you. We may, for example, send you welcome messages, emails regarding new features or services, targeted advertisements, and other promotional information from OC. You may opt out of receiving promotional messages from OC by following the instructions contained in the email.

OC takes the security of personal information of our partners, end-users, and prospective end-users very seriously. OC will not provide or sell to any third party your personal information and will keep all information confidential.
